In many cases HOTWEEZERS® and HOTNIFE™ hand units can be repaired. Please contact us for an initial phone assessment. If a repair seems viable we will issue an RMA, and once we receive the hand unit we will evaluate it and provide a cost estimate before proceeding with any repair work.
